With the approval of my landlord, I am subletting a double bedroom in this great fully furnished flat in Stockbridge, with easy access to the city centre. The room is spacious and suitable for any student or professional. The room is available from 24 March 2025 to 27 April 2025.

The prospective tenant should be a neat and tidy person who cleans up after themselves and is happy to help ensure that shared spaces are kept clean. You should be friendly and welcoming of people from different cultures. This is a LGBT-friendly flat.

The rent is £200 per week with all bills included. I will take a £200 deposit which will be refunded in full if you have not caused any damages in the flat or the room at the end of the sublet. The refund will be made within 2 weeks after the end of the sublet.

Please note, this is not a party flat and would be best suited for someone who can respect the space and treat it as a home.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

You will be sharing the flat with a young male professional who mostly works from home, so the space may be most ideal for someone who does not need to work from home.
