Room in flat, great location

Hello, my roommate and I (23/21) are two Australians here on a working holiday, the third room in our flat has become available and we're keen to get someone in early Jan! We're only a 10-15 min bus from city center, 5 minute walk to a big shopping mall, have a bus stop right out front of building. We're very easy going, both enjoy the gym and are working alot, but always keen to have fun if you're interested in that, however do respect and appreciate peoples personal space as well.
