Come live in the little green room

Hey! My lovely flatmate Amy and I are looking for a 3rd person to take over the the little green room in our flat :)

A little info:
The flat is a top floor 3 bed on Broughton street, lots of steps but also the most amazing light especially coming in to spring (living room in the morning & kitchen in the evening)

So far it’s been a very homely social flat, LOTS of cups of tea & chats, sometimes dinners/game/movies (not a party flat) Ideally looking for someone who enjoy living similarly.

We are both queer, but you don’t have to be :) but it’s important that you are LGBTQ friendly, a feminist & just a lovely, caring human all round :)
It goes without saying but keeping communal spaces clean is also a must!

The room is £700 +bills on top of that (council tax, internet & gas/electrics) which add up to around £120

The green room has a large skylight which makes the space really bright thought out the day, it’s also furnished with a queen bed, clothes rail & chest of drawers & carpet.
The room is currently available from the 3rd of April & move in date can be flexible throughout April for the right person.
