It includes a king-size bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a bedside table.
There is also enough space to add a desk, my current flatmate works from home comfortably.

* Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils.
* Living room with a large sofa and TV and some plants.
* Entrance hall with a closet for extra storage (jackets, shoes, etc.)
