Single bedroom available near Murrayfield

Hi, I am looking for a replacement for my single room near Murrayfield area. This is a ground floor flat, spacious and in a secured gated area. Tesco is just round the corner and had great connectivity to all areas in Edinburgh by buses and trams. Tram station is 5 min away. Gyms, supermarkets, restaurants and parks are nearby. All flatmates are sociable and speak Marathi, Hindi or English. There’s ample storage space around the house. The bills are as follows: around 80 council tax, 7 wifi and 50-70 electricity + gas. Total monthly rent comes around 400-420 pounds including all bills and council tax. All other rooms are slightly bigger so the rent is less for this one. Deposit is one month’s rent and due when you book the room. Rent is due on the 15th of every month (or on 1st if that’s when you’re moving in) Move in is flexible up to one week before the start date, but it depends on when I get my visa and flights.
