This spacious double bedroom is available to rent during the university season.

The Room:

The room is very large with a double bed, a full desk and workspace as well as a closet, with ample room leftover to do morning stretches!

Two sets of linens and towels will be provided

The Apartment:

With a large and furnished living room and a fully equipped kitchen, moving into this room will be a breeze. The large living room boasts beautiful floor to ceiling windows looking out onto our own private patio. There is a pull out couch that can sleep two, and a small dining table. A family bathroom with a bath and electric shower. Fully fitted kitchen with all you could need to make your meals and room for 2-3 to dine.
The apartment also features a beautifully maintained shared garden and its own private patio.

Free private parking is available as well

The Location:

Located on the outskirts of the beautiful Holyrood park, you are always five minutes from nature, the park is a great place for outdoors exercise with many runners and cyclists doing loops of it for their training.

The flat is very central and has excellent public transport availability. For your convenience I've compiled the bus information for the four universities in Edinburgh as well as the city's centre, Princes Street at day and night incase you love a night on the town. These are on the last image slide. Routes may vary
