We have a lovely bedroom available in our friendly city centre flat. You’d be sharing with two professional women (30–33) who have lived here for three years. We have a very welcoming, respectful atmosphere and are looking for a friendly female flatmate who values the same.
The location is very central, and while the shop directly underneath is currently empty, it’s being converted into an M&S in a month’s time—which will be great for groceries! We are both professionals but are happy to share with a student if they can contribute to council tax.
The monthly costs are £630 for rent plus a share of the £160 council tax, £171 bills, and £42 wifi, totaling £754.33 for one person.
