The room available is on the third floor of a tenement flat at the end of Easter Road - a medium-sized double, with a large window facing east. The view overlooks Leith Links and St Andrew's Church. The room comes furnished with a double bed with mattress, one freestanding wardrobe, a storage chest, and built in Edinburgh Press.

The shared spaces are a large living room and updated kitchen with lots of natural light, both facing the same direction as the bedroom. There is a shower room and separate water closet, plus storage space available.

You'd be sharing with myself, Sara, a 28 year old professional working from home full time for a UK based charity. I moved to Edinburgh from Toronto, Canada, about 3 years ago and have been in this flat for just over a year.

The ideal flatmate must love dogs - I'm packaged deal with my friendly and playful dog named Stella, a shepherd mix - and be relatively sociable as I often have friends over for dinner, enjoy movie/game nights, and occasionally host my friends or family from abroad.
