Park flat on Montgomery Street

I am looking for a new flatmate as my brilliant friend/ previous flatmate has now moved to France.

The flat is on the top floor on Montgomery Street looking over to the park/ sea/ bowling green. It has recently been refurbished so has a new kitchen, bathroom and bedroom is furnished to a high spec (I am away currently but happy to upload more pics of rooms when I am back).

I am looking for someone who is lovely, considerate, tidy (this is an important one!), ocassionally enjoys hanging out! My job is partly remote which means when I am in Edinburgh, I work from the flat and additionally travel down to London for 1-2 weeks per month, which means you would have a flat to yourself.

As a result, I am looking for someone responsible who would look after my home when I am away and ideally, also has the option to work outside the flat when I am WFH.

Whilst the ad seems direct, all points are up for discussion :) based on demand, I will be reviewing applications mid- November

Please note that bills are not included and come to around 125GBP pp per month.
