Sweet single bedroom close to Holyrood Park!

Hello hello :))

I am heading back to Australia so looking for someone to fill my room!
She has a lovely view of Holyrood and Arthur’s Seat from the bedroom window, and you can even see over to the North Berwick Law!
The room comes fully furnished (storage bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe), and I’ll also be leaving the duvet and pillows.

The flat itself includes a washing machine, clothes racks, your typical bathroom and kitchen, and a shared living room! We also have shared pots, pans, and plates, as well as spices and seasonings. Everyone also gets their own sections in the pantry, fridge, and freezer too.

You’ll be living with the wonderful Abi, Mak, and Tim! Would love for someone with a bit of funk to join the team - this flat is great for having a nice chat in the living room when you’re up for it ✨
Move in is available from the 18th of December :))

Bills have been around £120 (council tax, energy, and wifi) but looks like they’ll lessen in the new year!

Right across from 2 bus stops
