Looking for someone to take over a double room in our friendly and comfortable 3-bedroom house.

The Room
• Rent: £765/month – includes council tax, WiFi, and weekly cleaning of the common areas.
• Bright single room, cosy and quiet.
• You’re welcome to decorate it however you like! You can replace or remove furniture if needed.
• Utilities (gas & electricity): average £50–65/month in winter and £25–30/month during the rest of the year (usage-dependent).

The House
• Two floors with two toilets, a large kitchen, and lots of storage space.
• Large fridge & freezer – plenty of space for everyone.
• Bright, spacious living room with natural light – great for relaxing or hosting friends.
• Front and back gardens, only needing light maintenance a couple of times a year (tools provided).
• Parking space and two storage rooms with lots of extra room.
• You’ll be sharing the house with myself and one other flatmate.

About Us
• Me: I’m a machine technician who loves travelling, the gym, reading, video games, and cooking (you might get a free meal now and then!).
• Other flatmate: Extremely clean, quiet, and respectful. Always friendly and up for a chat or occasional shared dinner.
• We are very clean and tidy, especially in shared spaces, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely respects and maintains that.

• Happy to live in a peaceful, well-maintained home.
