Excellent amenities and bus routes, bus stops 20, 25, 30 34, 35, 36, 38, 44, n44. 20 minutes to the city centre.

I would prefer someone who is also dedicated to their profession or studies and can maintain the space clean.

I work most of the day and mainly in the evening in the house.
