Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly 5-bed flat just a minute’s walk from Haymarket Station.

The room is bright, very spacious, and comes with its own private en-suite, ideal for anyone who likes a bit of privacy while still enjoying a sociable flat environment.

About the room & costs:
Private en-suite
Rent: £545 per month
Comes to around £640 per month including bills

Available 3rd January 2026 when the new contract starts.

You would be living with 4 other flatmates (2 girls and 2 boys). We’re a chilled, friendly bunch who like to keep the flat clean and tidy. In the evenings we often hang out in the living room, watch TV, chat, and generally get on well. We’re looking for someone respectful, easy-going, and considerate, who keeps shared spaces clean and is up for a friendly atmosphere.

What we’re looking for:
Professionals preferred
Must be able to provide proof of employment
Someone clean, respectful, and sociable.
