Cosy and Quiet Double Room

Hey all! I have a cosy and quiet, fully furnished double room in a centrally located 2 bed flat. The rent includes council tax and household bills.

Theres a spacious living area with a shared kitchen and bathroom. It’s bit of a girls flat but the bedroom for rent is neutrally decorated. I like to keep a pretty chilled, clean and tidy living space and I’m looking for someone who would respect and maintain that with me.

The flat is in a residential area close to the McDonald Road tram stop and various bus routes. It’s also close to both Waverley Train Station and the bus station as well as Leith or City Centre attractions. There is on street permit parking available if you have a car there’s and a park across the road which is ideal green space in the summer.

Anyone looking to live here would need to be comfortable with small to medium size dogs! I’m a pet lover and while I don’t own any pets myself, I dog walk and pet sit in addition to my 9-5 job and on occasion will have a dog staying in the flat. This is not a daily thing so there would not be constant pets in the house but I’m more than happy to discuss this further!!
