Hi there! my name is Laura. I am looking for someone to take over my room from mid January 2026.

Please note that we only consider applications from female professionals employed full-time (no students). The property is rented via an agency, so anyone interested would have to undergo a reference and financial check through the agency. The room available comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The current arrangement is that one bathroom is shared and maintained by one pair.
We are a friendly, respectful and relaxed bunch, who like to keep things clean and tidy and would be ideally looking for someone with a similar idea of communal living.

The rent is £544 per month plus bills (electricity and gas: £25-£50 depending on season, broadband: £9.25 per month and council tax (Band E): £74.75).

You will be living with three girls (ages 27-33), all professionals, working as an editor at a publishing house, a neuroscientist and a quantity surveyor. We live in a lovely 4-bedroom flat with 2 shared bathrooms, 1 big kitchen, separate pantry, spacious living room (Victorian terrace), and shared garden access. We are looking for a female professional (unfortunately no students) to join the flat. The flat is located conveniently for public transport, (20 min by bus to the city centre), is close to Arthur's seat (you can see it from the kitchen window), and is a 10 min walk from Cameron Toll shopping centre. If you like to exercise, the Commonwealth pool is 5 minutes away by foot and Priestfield Tennis Club is only one block away from the flat.
