I have a fully furnished comfy spare room in a 3 bedroom spacious central Edinburgh modern flat sharing with me and a female which is available for rent from New Year and can be flexible on number of days/length of stay.
The flat is located in Broughton/Bellvue/Top of Leith Walk which is a few minute walk to the city centre.
The flat itself is quiet, comfortable, clean and relaxed. It would suit someone who likes a peaceful, tidy space and is friendly and considerate. There is car parking and cycle storage space within the development.
The bedroom catches the sun in the morning and the lounge in the afternoon/evening. There is a small desk which can be used in the room.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils which can all be used.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other a bath. There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge has comfy sofas, a big tv and a window table.
The rent is inclusive of all bills including gas, electric, water
and broadband too.
