Double Furnished Room in Blackford

Hello!

My flatmate is sadly moving out and I’m looking for someone to take over her room. The room is a spacious double room that comes furnished. There is a shared bathroom and living room. We also have a small single room that is currently empty and can be used as an office.

The flat is in Blackford right across the road from blackford hill. The meadows are nearby, as well as Cameron Toll shopping centre. Buses 9 and 24 stop just down the street and will take you to the city centre. The 24 and 38 buses go past Cameron Toll to the Royal infirmary. There is also plenty of free on street parking available.

I’m looking for a professional female for council tax purposes, though students willing to contribute to council tax may also be considered.

Rent is £462.50 per month, bills not included. Council tax band E.
Property is managed by Southside Property Management.
The tenancy will start on 1st of January but the room should be available before then.

About me: I work at the Edinburgh bio quarter as a biotechnologist. I like to keep to myself most of the time but I’m also happy to socialise. I’m pretty relaxed and would say I’m fairly neat and tidy. I spend most of my free time playing video games, crocheting or reading. I also have many plants.
