Hi, my name is Stefano. I own a flat in Northfield and I live there with my flatmate –another Italian man – called Mariano. I am going travelling to Asia for the whole of February and March and am looking for someone to take my room while I’m away. The room is available for those 2 full months, and maybe a bit longer if you wanted to extend, or if I decide to extend my trip. I can be flexible.

Mariano and I both work in hospitality and he mostly works nights, so it would suit someone else working in the same industry, but it’s not essential. The right person would be understanding the there is some degree of unavoidable noise when someone comes home at 11pm and has a glass of prosecco for an hour after work.

Even though it’s only for 2 months, it’s important to find someone who is the right fit as a flatmate, so if you’re interested we will probably suggest meeting for a coffee and a chat as well as show you the room. 2 months is a long time to live with the wrong person.
