UoE Sciennes Accomodation for second semester

This is only available for university of Edinburgh students because it is university-managed accommodation. I would to move into accommodation with friends, and am looking for someone who would be interested in moving into my room in Sciennes next semester. The rent includes bills and is council tax exempt for full-time students

I have a ground floor single study room in Sciennes. It is very affordable (£710 pcm, all bills included) and an amazing location, next to the meadows and within walking distance of the King's Buildings or Central campus.

I am on the ground floor and have 3 friendly, clean and tidy flatmates (two are undergraduate 1st year and one is postgraduate). My window looks onto a very quiet residential street that is never loud overnight. There is easy access to a ground-level secure bicycle storage. The flat has a shared bathroom with bath and electric shower, and a shared toilet. All of the neighbouring flats are quiet and I have never had any problems with noise.
