My flatmate is unfortunately moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace her in a 3-bedroom flat in Morningside from the start of April 2026.
The room is bright and spacious, and the entire flat is big with lots of storage. It's located in Morningside and is well-connected to the city centre. Rent is currently 475£ per person but might increase with a new contract, council tax is 77.33£, WiFi is 10£, and bills are around 40-70£ per person depending on the season. The deposit is 400£. We're renting through an agency so a work reference or a UK guarantor will be required. No students for council tax reasons and females preferred (but we won't discriminate). Currently, there are 2 girls in their 20s living in the flat.
