Room for rent in Tollcross - £555 per month

Large double room (5 x 3.78m) with plenty of space and storage for rent in central Edinburgh, available from January to the end of May/ end of June (depending on need). Preference for female applicants but anyone can apply.

The flat is located just off the Meadows and is a 10-minute walk to George Square with great bus routes to Kings Building campus, Roslin and Vet campus, Princes Street and the rest of the city.

We are three 4th year female Biology students, friendly and welcoming, who share a large, clean, bright flat that is well maintained by the agency. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage for each tenant. The bathroom is a good size, clean, and has a large shower.

The rent is £555 per month with a deposit of £600 stored in the Scottish Deposit Protection Scheme. Bills range from £25-£35 for gas and electric and £11.10 for wifi. As we are all students, we currently pay no council tax.

A Uk guarantor is required by our letting agency, Haden Rankin agency. The contract can start as soon as referencing is complete but there is the possibility to move in from 11th of January.
