Room for rent next to Edinburgh airport -inc bills

Hey there! Im looking for a tenant to occupy the second bedroom in my new build flat. It comes furnished and has a built in wardrobe with plenty of storage. As bedroom one has an ensuite, the main bathroom/shower would primarily be yours when there are no guests! The flat is a chill space with a large open plan living room&kitchen with a balcony that overlooks the pentland hills! Parking is limited but there are visitor spaces that aren’t monitored. You would also have access to a bike shed for storing your bike if need be. Price is inclusive of all bills. Hopefully the flat speaks for itself but happy oranges a video call or flat viewing if need be!
