I’m a 20-year-old female student looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate to share my lovely 2-bedroom flat in Granton, Edinburgh.
The available room is a spacious king-size bedroom with its own private bathroom (not en-suite, but directly adjacent to the room). The flat is modern, bright, and very secure, with a keyed entrance and two separate coded entry systems.
The flat includes:
WiFi & broadband
Sky TV on all TVs, including the bedroom
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and double fridge-freezer
Lift access
Underground parking available (I don’t use it)
Although the flat is just outside the city centre, it’s extremely well connected with fantastic bus routes nearby (16, 9, 22, 19, 8), making travel around Edinburgh easy. Plus, the views more than make up for it – the flat is situated above the Royal Yacht Club with stunning views over the yacht marina.
