Looking for a February 1st start to the lease but you could move in asap (as soon as Jan 19) as I’m already moved out and I have already payed for this month. Landlord is friendly and responsive. The room is furnished with two bedside tables, a desk, a wardrobe, a mirror, built in bookshelf, and a couch. The fireplace doesn’t work but it’s cute.
This location is amazing and I’m sad I had to move— love the area! So close to the University of Edinburgh, The Meadows.. literally everything.
