Central Location Flat for Sublet

Hi all!

I’m looking to sublet my room for a month whilst I travel back home to Australia to see family and friends.

The room is quite spacious, with a double bed, closet, chested draws, and a couch. You’ll be a sharing bathroom with 2 other flatmates as the other has an ensuite. The flat it self is centrally located- just off Nicolson St, so only a ~10 minute walk to the royal mile, and the meadows. 2 minute walk to Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury with nice cafes, pubs and charity shops and the UoE close by also. You’ll be close to the Salisbury Crags as well, so beautiful views.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other wonderful flatmates. One being a student the others professionals. They’re always happy to chat and hang out or give city recommendations, but also respect your space just to chill out and relax.

The room will stay as is, so furniture, books, guitar, projector and kitchen appliances are all free to use :)
