I am subletting my room in a cosy flat in Silverknowes for ONLY THREE MONTHS, from April 1st to June 30th 2026. Shorter stay (e. g. two months) are also allowed. I am looking for a male person that likes to keep the place clean and tidy.
The flat is in a very tranquil area, close to a supermarket, a pharmacy, and several places to eat out. The room is very spacious and well lit. I will leave it furnished, though some of the wardrobe might still contain some of my things. In the flat there are also a shared bathroom with an electric shower and a recently renovated kitchen.
You will be sharing with one girl working as a nurse, and one guy studying marketing, with whom you'll also share the bathroom. They are both in their 20s, and we sometimes meet in the kitchen for a chat.
The rent is £640 per month, all bills included. To make things easy, you'll pay it directly to me and I'll then send the money to the landlord. Since I am a student, there will be no need to pay the council tax.
