1 double bedroom available in Gorgie

Hi!

I am renting out my guest bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe. I will also be adding a desk once someone has confirmed to move.

The flat is 3 bedrooms but you’ll be sharing with me only. With shared bathroom with bathtub, Kitchen and living room. Some of the photos are outdated as I paint a lot

There is private parking and I have a spare permit. There is the 1, 2, 3, 22, 25, 30, 33, 38 within 1 mins walk, 4,44,34,35 within 5 min walk and the tram is a 7 minute walk.

Town is about a 30-40 min walk. Sainsburys superstore is 30 second walk with an Argos and Starbucks. Saughton park is 5 min walk away. Close to brass monkey pub and McDonald’s.

I work in office five days a week, and come home to relax, cook and sleep. It would be nice to have someone in the same wavelength. Unfortunately there is some construction in the building next to me,. So I recommend against night shift workers enquiring.

I have two guinea pigs who live in my bedroom. Because of this I am carefully with spraying things in my hallway, lighting candles etc. I require someone who loves animals too and this is a must.

I myself am vegetarian and happy to have vegetarian, vegan or meat eater flatmate.
