Furnished Room in a 3-Bedroom Flat — Available Now

Hello! I am moving out(actually have already moved out) from my old room and am looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract!

the University of Edinburgh is managing this property and is the landlord (Domus housing, which you can read more about on the university website). Therefore it is only available to the students of the University or Edinburgh. This is a contract takeover, meaning the current flatmate that was living in this room is moving out and is looking for a replacement tenant to take over the contract.

Unfortunately current contract only runs till August inclusive and can not be extended as the university is changing how they manage their properties and has decided not to offer renewals this year for current tenants. So, to stress this point, as I’ve been asked this countless times: the property is only available till August inclusive, not beyond.

About the room: fully furnished, new untouched mattress, big wardrobe and nice ambiance. Monitor is staying in the room as well.

Current flatmates:
An Englishmen who’s studying physics and engineering and a Polishman studying Maths/computer science. Both in their final year.

The location is great for commute to all uni campuses, 5 min from Newington road, 4 min from the Meadows.

No references required.
The bills(electricity, gas, broadband) come up to about 60 per month.
