I am renting out our spare room as my boyfriend is going away for work for a couple of months and I would love a flatmate.
The flat is situated in the most ideal location(close to the city centre, Stockbridge and leith). Your room is fully furnished, as is the rest of the flat.
In your rent all bills will be included (WiFi, power and council tax).
If you drive there is also a car park (no permit needed!!!)

I am a 26 year old professional working full time. I am tidy, clean and easy going. If I’m not at work I love to do any form of exercise and explore the endless amount of food and drink places Edinburgh has to offer.
