I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a house (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). There are only female occupants so I would be looking for female tenants only. The house is 10 minutes walk to St James Quarter and close by to many bus stops, with the city centre only a few minutes walk away.
The pics of the room are not currently available but you will be occupying a double room with a king size bed. We currently live in a very chill flat and enjoy having chats and spending time together but also value our alone time and someone who is clean and respects the space.
I’m looking for a 3 month (June- August) stay only during the summer.
