I have a double bedroom available in a three-bedroom home off Ferry Road (EH5 2HR). Rent is £575/month + bills (currently around £150, covering Council Tax, energy, 1 Gig broadband, and a cleaner twice a month).

Location: Scotmid and a minimarket are 2 mins away, GP surgery about 10 mins, and a big Morrisons a 10 min walk. Buses into the city centre (19, 14, 8) are 2 mins from the door - about 20 mins to town. On-street parking available.

The flat: Two front gardens and a large back garden with BBQ and tables for summer gatherings. All appliances are recent - boiler (2020), fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, 9kg washer, 9kg dryer. Bathroom has just been fully redone.
The room: Currently has two desks, office chair, large wardrobe, and bedside cabinet. More furniture available if needed.

The household: It's a relaxed place - sociable but respectful of quiet time. I'm Ilias, originally Greek, working remotely in digital marketing. I'm into travelling, Argentine tango, and D&D/board games. The home also includes two Maine Coons - Loki (6) and Leo (3). It's important to me that any housemate genuinely likes animals.
