Looking for a fully matriculated, full time UOE student to take over my room anytime from 1st June to 6th August 2026.
I am currently staying here with my flatmate (male), but will be leaving Edinburgh by 1st June and need someone to take over my place until the end of the lease (6th August). This is a Domus flat, so I'm looking for someone who is a full-time, fully matriculated student (whose status will remain this way until the end of the lease) who is not already living in UoE accommodation.
The flat is in a very good location, in between Pleasance and the main campus (5 minutes from each), with Tesco and Lidl just downstairs.
Please note there is nowhere to store any bicycles, no pets, and no smoking allowed. There is a shared kitchen, washing machine, and shared toilet.
