Located in Old Fishmarket Close, right off the royal mile, this bright and lovely flat is a ten minute walk from the Edinburgh University main campus and a minute from the Cowgate.

Two-Bedroom flat (1 Bedroom to rent, and sharing rest of flat of course) First-floor (but more like second-floor, from street level)
Living room (with extendable table too)
Kitchen
1 Bathroom, with bath/shower (would be shared);

Short term let - a few months preferred (until end of may may/ start of June)

Students Preferred:
I am ideally renting to Students only, for Council Tax reasons; unless willing to pay council tax, not included in advertised rent.

Additional info:
Can be a potentially noisy area at times especially at weekends, due to proximity to the Cowgate --however this may also be a benefit for those who like the nightlife.

Hey! I'm a 20 year old Student at Edinburgh University. I study Archaeology, and am currently finishing up with my second year.

Outside of my studies I enjoy a wide variety of things -- from hobbies such as Coastal Rowing, Catalan Human Towers (Castells) and walking, to watching films, listening/playing music, and language learning.

I am a friendly individual, who really enjoys meeting new folks, and trying new things. Whether you prefer a more sociable flat environment or would rather keep to yourself, either is absolutely grand with me. I'm respectful, tidy and fairly quiet as a roommate; and expect the same from a tenant.
