The flat is a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment on Lochrin Terrace (EH3 9QJ). The location is unbeatable—literally steps away from The Meadows and just a 10-minute walk to the UoE GS campus. It’s not an HMO, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person.

The flat is very much a quiet, study-focused space rather than a party house.

Zirui has an early morning routine for her classes and prefers the flat to wind down and be peaceful in the evenings. We are looking for someone who naturally shares a similar lifestyle. This space is absolutely perfect for a postgraduate, PhD student, or young professional who values a calm, clean, and relaxing home environment.

💰 The Details
Rent: £975 per month (Broadband is already included in the rent!)
Bills: Gas/electricity and Council Tax (if you're a professional) are shared equally.
Deposit: £1,092.50.

Dates: Available from around 20th Feb 2026 to 19th August 2026. There is a good chance to renew the tenancy with the landlord after August if you wish to stay longer.
