Room available start of March in 2 bed flat

Hello!

My flatmate is moving to Dundee and so I have a room available in my flat starting from the beginning of March (ideally looking for someone to move in in the first week).

The flat is a 2 bed in Peffermill with 2 bathrooms (so you get your own bathroom) and a balcony! It's not particularly walkable into town but the bus links are really good and there is a big Lidl 10 minutes walk away, as well as Cameron Toll 20 mins walk away. It is a 5th floor flat but there's a lift so I've literally never had to walk up the stairs (but obviously something to be mindful of if you struggle with stairs). There is off street parking outisde as well. Rent is £550 each plus bills (council tax band D) at the moment but there is a chance the landlord might increase this a little

You would be sharing with me: I'm 26, currently working part time as a videographer. I'm a creative person and I really enjoy crafty things and picking up new hobbies. I'm very chill as a flatmate and I enjoy hanging out in the living room and just chatting but equally am happy to leave you to your own space! I am part of the LGBT community and would prefer to live with someone else who is, but would also accept an ally :)
