Single room for rent in a 2 bed flat in Dalry.
This is a tastefully decorated, 1st floor unfurnished flat (furnished by current tenants) by Murieston Park. The bedroom will be completely unfurnished, but the single bed and dresser may be left behind if desired. There is a shared bathroom, and an open plan kitchen/living room.
There is a good-sized storage cupboard in the hallway across from the room, which is currently used primarily by the occupied tenant given the size of the bedroom.
The rent is £1300 per month shared, council tax is band B.
A small, well-mannered dog lives in the flat, she unfortunately is not cat-friendly.
The new tenant would preferably be female but this is not a strict requirement.
The current tenant works out of the flat Mon-Fri, and generally is quiet, spending time reading and relaxing at home.
The flat comes with a new washing machine, a dishwasher, kitchen pantry, and a pulley clothes airer in the hallway.

Lots of green space with Murieston Park on the doorstep, a very well maintained shared garden, and walking distance to the city centre.

The tenancy will be subject to a joint tenancy agreement with the existing tenant and landlord. Landlord registration can be provided upon request.
