Double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone friendly and respectful to share my 2-bedroom flat.

The available room is a comfortable double bedroom in a lovely flat with a separate kitchen and living room, one shared bathroom, a private garden (great in the warmer months!), and on-street parking.

I’m hoping to find someone who values a calm, tidy home and respects each other’s space, but is also happy to have the occasional chat and share a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s important to me that home feels comfortable and easy for both of us.

All lengths of stay will be considered, subject to agreement and landlord approval.
