I am renting out a double room in my flat. You will be sharing the common areas with me and my cat.

I am looking for female professionals preferably.

It is very important for me to maintain a calm and respectful home environment. My flat is my place of peace and quiet, therefore guests or outside visitors are not allowed. This rule is non-negotiable.

The tenant must be a non-smoker (this is strictly non-negotiable).

I have a very affectionate cat who will most likely want to spend time with you as well. She loves attention and company.

After some very negative past experiences, I am looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and respectful of shared spaces.

Shoes are not allowed inside the flat.

The deposit is £200.
The rent is £620 per month, all bills included.
