Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate for a spacious two-bedroom flat in Abbeyhill (EH7).

The double bedroom is fully furnished (double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside tables) and comes with your own private bathroom just across the hall. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a separate cosy living room, plenty of storage, and a small utility room with washing machine. Residents’ permit parking is available.

Great location - just 5 minutes’ walk to shops, a gym, and buses to the city centre, and right next to Holyrood Park, perfect for walks and runs.

Bills (Council tax band E gas, electricity, Wi-Fi) are split equally and come up to roughly £220 each per month. Students welcome if happy to contribute to council tax. Deposit and references check required via the letting agency.

You’ll be sharing with me — I’m an Italian professional in my early 30s — and I’m hoping to find a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate. Life is already too complicated to have troubles at home too!
