Loads of great bakeries, bars, cafes, pubs, charity shops, parks, gyms ect. The location is absolutely perfect.
The flat is very well connected to the city centre with several bus stops within a minute of the flat and easy access to the tram from Leith walk.
There is a large shared living room with sofas and a TV, a shared kitchen, and bathroom. Ample storage cupboards in corridors
The flat is currently occupied by two students and a hospitality worker. We are all very easy going and laid back. We enjoy socialising but also understand the importance of personal space and are all very respectful of privacy.
