I am look for someone taking over my lovely double room. I am moving away from Edinburgh for a while due to my internship.
It's a ground flat with front and back gardens with free parking. One toilet, one bathroom.
Student or professional are all welcome. If you are a student, you will just need to share a small portion of council tax (£20 per month). You'll be sharing with 3 lovely ladies who are professionals.
