I am looking for a university student (undergraduate, postgraduate, and mature students welcome) to take over my Stevenson Studio at Student Castle (accredited private student accommodation).

This is a fully furnished private studio located on the 4th floor, in a quiet area with no neighbour disturbances and a beautiful view of the Braid Hills. All bills are included: WiFi, water, electricity and council tax.

It includes a queen-size bed, a large desk and study space, a fully equipped private kitchen (fridge, electric stove, oven/microwave), and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet). It has plenty of storage space: a wardrobe, under-bed storage, and bookshelves.

The studio will be professionally cleaned by the accommodation staff before move-in. Please note: you will need to bring your own bedding, pillows, and towels.

Student Castle is located close to Central Edinburgh, near landmarks such as Arthur's Seat and The Meadows. The area is safe, quiet, and with lovely cafés nearby. It is directly opposite a Tesco.
