Hi! My current flatmate is moving out, so I'm looking for someone to take her place in our 2-bedroom flat in Tollcross, available from April 4th.

Bit about me: I'm Julia (she/her), 22, an environmental planner and new to Edinburgh. In my spare time, I enjoy dancing and bouldering and be out seeing friends in the evenings. But I equally enjoy unwinding after a long day cooking dinner and reading on the couch. I'm quite the clean flatmate and like to host things in the flat, hoping to find someone similar.

The flat offers a spacious double bedroom and you'll be sharing a kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. It's in a fantastic area of Tollcross, a 15-minute walk into the city centre and beside the meadows. It's nearby plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants.

For council tax reasons, I'm looking for young working professionals. Rent is £725 pcm, plus bills and council tax (Band C). Deposit (£300) payable via the property manager on move-in.
