I’m looking for someone to share a 2-bedroom flat in EH16 (Craigmillar / Niddrie). My current flatmate is moving out at the end of March after buying her own place, so the flatshare will be available from then.
You would be sharing the flat with me in a calm and well-kept environment.
Location
– Close to Fort Kinnaird
– 2 minutes’ walk to Lidl, Tesco and Home Bargains
– Various takeaway options nearby (pizza, kebabs, Greek food, etc.)
– Very good transport links – around 15–20 minutes to the city centre by bus
– Living room view towards Arthur’s Seat

Preferably a working professional who is clean, respectful and responsible. Someone who values a peaceful home environment and respects shared space and privacy. No extreme habits, tidy and easy to live with.
I’m not looking for perfection — just a mature, considerate person interested in a longer-term arrangement.
