The flat is located on top of Easter Road with easy access to any part of town and loads of coffee shops. The flat comes with a washing machine, dishwasher and extra cupboard for storage. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The room is east facing and comes with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, full length mirror and potentially a bookcase.

The room is available for 6 months with potential for extension.

I’m looking for a friendly female professional between the ages 22-30 years old who is respectful of communal spaces but enjoys a homely setting. This is not a party flat.

A little about me:
I’m a full time professional working in the creative industries and will be working from home in the living room. My interests are cooking, reading, movies/tv and visiting coffee shops. I have recently learned to crochet. :) I like the peace and quiet balanced with socialising. I value open and caring communication about domestic things. You would be sharing the flat with me.

More buses and tram within 5-10 min walk either up to London Road or Leith walk. (4,5,19,34,45,7,14,16,25,10,49)
Walking distance to Lidl, Scot mid, Tesco and Sainsbury.

Rent is £775 + bills (gas&electricity, WiFi, council tax) which usually land around £180 each depending on the season.

We also pay building stair cleaning fee every three months: £20

There will potentially be a rent raise.
