Single En-suite room in UoE student accommodation

The room available is a single en-suite room in O’ Shea North Forth House, and I am moving out due to financial reason and need to find a replacement tenant (currently matriculated UoE postgraduate student).

The flat is located on the too floor of the building, and it does not share a wall with any other rooms. It is super warm and cozy, with access to spacious kitchen and a private building top terrace with direct views of Arthur’s Seat. It is also very quiet, since it shares no wall with other rooms and is not facing the street. The laundry room is directly downstairs. I think it may be the best flat in entire O’ Shea!

You will be sharing with 3 more flatmates, all very kind and nice, including both males and females.

Location wise, it is next to Murray Campus, and it is an 8 minute walk to Old College. It has direct bus links to King’s Building.
