Double Room in Abberyhill

Flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for another person to take her spot.

The flat is located in EH7 Abbeyhill/Meadowbanks area. Plenty of bus connections to the city center. There's a shopping center next door with a Sainsbury's, Lidl and a gym. The Easter Road stadium and a park are also a short walk away. The area is full of coffee shops and amenities.

It is a sunny, comforable second floor flat. Shared bathroom (with bath), living room and kitchen. You would have a furnish double room with bed, closet and drawers. It is well heat and sound insulated.

The rent is £685 each and utilities come to around £60-70 per month.

You would be sharing with me, a 2nd year biology PhD student. I'm a chill flatmate, mostly looking to spend time in the flat to relax but always down for a chat and maybe a shared meal. I'm into hiking, cooking, reading. I love hosting my friends for dinners or small gatherings.

I will be moving out in early June after which you could take over the tenancy or find a new flatmate.

I'm looking for preferably for another postgrad student or a professional willing to pay for the whole council tax (Band D).
