Spacious Room Next to Meadows

This large room is available in a spacious tenement a minutes walk from the Meadows. This flat is perfect for students or professionals working in the city centre. The flat is very central and located close to Bruntsfield, Tollcross, and Newington. The current household are lovely and like to chat while cooking, but are more than happy to respect your privacy. We often play cards in the evening and cook together.

The room is large and well lit. It tends to be pretty warm as we are on the top floor, but all three windows can be opened if needed.

The building has a well-maintained shared garden and there are a lot of coffee shops and supermarkets very close by.

I am moving out as I will be moving to a place closer to my work, but I am gutted to be leaving such a nice flat.

We are Council Tax Band E. We split all bills between all of us, coming out to about £100 a month in total, though if you are student, we may be entitled to a discount on council tax.
