Here is a SINGLE ROOM for LONG-TERM (at least 1 year) flat share immediately available in an attractive 2 bedroom flat located in Grandfield. Situated in between the tranquil Newhaven and Trinity areas of the City, Leith Walk and Foot of the Walk are just an easy 20-minute walk away while you can also go to Princes Street by buses and trams. Local amenities like shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within easy reach, but if you want some occasional peace of mind Victoria Park and Newhaven Harbour are also in close proximity.

There is already a single bed in the single room, while you can also replace the bed and/or add more furniture into the room on your own. Meanwhile the bathroom, the kitchen and the storage rooms are shared.

Here you will be accompanied by a 35-year-old Hongkongese man who works in a nearby supermarket during the weekdays. While I love video games, anime and occasional cooking I do also have interest in world history, current affairs and politics, so I would be talkative and vocally sharing as I can. On the other hand, this flat share is due to a left flatmate and thus based on a renewed lease between the potential tenant (a. k.a. you) and me, so I hope my future flatmate be responsible, tidy, clean and respectful on each other’s space and privacy.
