Current flatmate is moving out to move in with her partner. Notice hasn't been handed in yet but looking for someone to take over the tenancy asap.

- Flat is 10 min walk from Foot of the Walk tram stop, bus stop right outside for 7, 10, 14, 21
- 5 min walk to wee Tesco, 10 min walk to Lidl, Aldi or big Tesco
- Rent £666 PCM
- Council Tax E band, ~£50 Gas/Electric, ~£18 Wifi

Flat is quiet and chill, shared living room/kitchen. I like to spent time to myself however up for socializing so don't have to be strangers living in the same place.

Bit about me: I work from home the vast majority of the time, Into gym, jiu-jitsu, video games, sports.

Note: Room comes with single bed (currently stored away as flatmate has their own double bed in the room), built in wardrobe, nightstand. As new flat share, you'll need to complete application to agency which will require financial and reference checks.
